Inbox lifetimes depend on your plan. Free users get 10-minute inboxes with one 10-minute extension. Pro users get 30-minute inboxes, and Business users get 1-hour inboxes. Both paid plans include unlimited extensions.

Yes. All emails are automatically and permanently deleted when your inbox expires. We use end-to-end encryption, don't read or analyze your emails, and don't use tracking cookies. Your privacy is our priority.

Yes! All plans support email attachments. Free users can receive attachments up to 5MB, Pro users up to 25MB, and Business users up to 50MB per email.

Yes, Pro and Business plans include full API access for programmatic inbox creation and email retrieval. Check our API documentation for endpoints, authentication, and code examples.

Free users receive emails via 60-second polling (checking for new emails every minute). Pro and Business users get real-time streaming via SSE (Server-Sent Events), meaning emails appear instantly as they arrive.

Custom domain support is coming soon for Pro and Business plans. This will allow you to receive emails at addresses like anything@yourdomain.com.

You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard > Billing page. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period with no additional charges.
